One thing worth mentioning is that the game has no sound, they say because of file size, but for those of us where sound at some times of the day at least, can be an issue, it's good to be able to play without fear of sudden loud noises.
I've never played this series, so from what I hear, have a treat in store.

What an incredible setting! It's a delight just to wander around. But we have things to find, things to puzzle out. Keep an eye on the time of day.
At first you can see a key in the pool but can't get in without a bathing suit.
You can pick up a remote in the LR, but only in the daytime.
Gold key on dining table at night only - it's visible, a rather giant gold key, but diff to pick up.
Go upstairs and go to bedroom 1, use remote control on TV and get a code:73469538
There are two bedrooms downstairs, one, Bedroom 4, has a bathroom where you can pick up a coat hanger. Useful things wire coat-hangers.
Get a screwdriver in the daylight from the patio?? Use on the middle lit-up painting on landing to get a black key
Now you have the coat-hanger you can open the armoire in BR3, only at night and get swimsuit
Now in the daylight you can get in the pool to pick up the silver key
If you click right or at the right time you can get a patio view where you can pick up a spade. Use this in daylight on beach, in middle of path, to get shell
